Shipping Policy

Production
Every poster is printed on demand by Gelato, our global fulfilment partner. Production takes 2-3 business days after your order is placed. You will receive an email when your poster has been printed and shipped.
Delivery times
Delivery times start after production is complete. They are estimates, not guarantees:
- United Kingdom: 2-4 business days
- Europe: 3-7 business days
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Rest of world: 7-14 business days
Total time from order to delivery is typically 5-10 business days for UK orders and 7-21 business days for international orders.
Shipping carriers
Gelato uses local carriers in each region to minimise delivery times and carbon emissions. Depending on your location, your poster may be shipped with Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or a local postal service. The carrier is chosen by Gelato and may vary by order.
Tracking
Most orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Some economy services to certain destinations may not include tracking. If tracking is not available for your order, we will let you know.
Lost parcels
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbours and your local delivery depot first. If it has not appeared within 7 days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. Customs policies vary by country and we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. Free shipping is offered on orders over a certain threshold where available. The exact shipping cost is shown before you complete payment.
