Print-on-demand: no change-of-mind returns

Each poster is printed on demand when you place your order. Because every print is made to your specific combination of city and colourway, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please check your selection carefully before completing your purchase.

Under UK law, goods made to a consumer’s specification are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(b)). Each poster in our catalogue is a unique combination of city, colourway, and size, printed on demand after you order, and we rely on this exemption.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your poster arrives damaged or we sent the wrong poster (wrong city, colourway, or size), email us a photo of the issue at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.

We will send a free replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund including the original shipping cost. You do not need to return the damaged or incorrect poster.

Cancellation before printing

If you contact us before your order has entered production, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Once production has started (typically within a few hours of ordering), we cannot cancel the order.

Delivery failures

If your order is lost in transit or marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we will arrange a free replacement or refund after an investigation with the carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates; please allow the full delivery window before reporting a missing parcel.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You always have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or of unsatisfactory quality.
