Everything you need to know about Pictor posters.
What size are the posters?
30×40cm / 12×16″. It is a standard poster size that fits most ready-made frames from IKEA (RIBBA), Desenio, and high street shops.
What paper do you use?
200gsm archival matte. It is an uncoated matte stock with a subtle texture that works well for detailed map linework. FSC-certified.
Can I frame this poster?
Yes. The size is a standard frame size. Frames are widely available. The poster ships rolled in a sturdy tube and will flatten easily under light pressure or once framed.
How long does delivery take?
Production takes 2-4 business days since each print is made to order. Shipping time depends on your location. Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days. We print at a facility in your region to keep transit short.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We print through a global network of production facilities, so your poster is made in the same region you live in. This keeps shipping fast and reduces carbon emissions.
What is your returns policy?
If your poster arrives damaged or with a printing defect, let us know within 14 days and we will send a replacement at no cost. Because each print is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

What does 'made to order' mean?
It means your poster is not sitting in a warehouse waiting to be bought. It is printed fresh when you order it. This avoids overproduction and waste, and your print arrives in new condition rather than having been stored for months.
